Contest Guidelines:

• Only the authorized entries received through the respective college authorities will be entertained.
• A team will consist of three students. It would be ideal to send a reserve (standby) candidate with each team of 3 students.
• Every team must have one female student.
• Questions will be based on the complete BAMS syllabus (1st year to final year).
• Participants must carry with them their ID cards provided by their college.
• Travelling and accommodation arrangements will be made by the organizers for the participants & one faculty member, if college is based outstation from event venue.
• College authorities are expected to verify the details filled by the students accurately as they will be used for their travelling and accommodation facilities.
• Competition will be launched on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Mandir Natya Gruha, Dadar, Mumbai, 01:00 pm onwards. For other upcoming contest Venues, please check the Schedule.
• Last date for Entry Submission : Please upload your institution's entry form with Participants & Team Co-ordinator's details along with their photos on the link emailed to respective College's Principal in an Invitation email, latest by 8 days prior to the contest date.
• The team must be accompanied by a Faculty member (Team Co-ordinator), authorized by the college.
• The travelling arrangements will be made in such a way that the students reach a day prior to the event, if required.
• The top four scorers will be selected for final round.
• The College has to submit College Logo (Logo size: 300 x 300 pixels in jpeg/jpg format), Photographs (photo size: 300 x 300 pixels in jpeg/jpg format) of all the participating students along with their complete profile.
• The decision of Judges will be final.
